About SAD
Founded in 2000, Security Access Design (SAD) has over 20 years’ experience providing a complete range of IT services for the design and implementation of business solutions using the latest, most leading edge IT technology. For the past 2 decades SAD has served an extensive clientele of commercial entities as well as has supported several prime Federal contractors. SAD’s future is Federally focused on prime contracting. We are experts in planning, designing and building multi-departmental database management systems that integrate the many avenues of information that exist in most local governments, state governments, regional, and national (federal) agencies. SAD is highly skilled at analyzing an organization’s work functions and working with management and staff to evaluate the agency’s short and long term information management needs, goals, and objectives. Management Approach
Our methodology for time and delivery management is a continuous cycle of Plan-Perform-Report-Evaluate-Improve. SAD recognizes the importance of using measures and metrics to manage performance for our customers. Programmatic and technical metrics provide the insight to assess the health of the program and identify areas that may require additional oversite and resources.
Effective Leadership
